Getting back into this

I haven't been on here for a long time...facebook takes up most of the information I need but I need to get back on this to keep a record of all things Scarlett. Since the last post in 2009 she has changed soooo much! The constant talking and questions, the I love you's and the hugs, and not to mention the fact that she wants to be independent but doesn't know how. The first step to get her to be away from me is dance class. That's not going so well, 4 weeks and she still "needs" me to stay in the class with her. I talked to another mom and she said it took hers 6 months! I guess it will have to do since I need to prepare her for school maybe after the winter break. Crossing my fingers she will like it. We have another class today and we'll see how she does again. She loves it but more than 3 feet away from me is not ideal for her UGH!
